Please log in to your user account and click on "New booking".
Once you have selected the service, you have the option of booking a new or a known provider.
If you choose a known service provider, only they will receive your request and as soon as they accept the order, you will receive the booking confirmation by email as usual.
If the cleaner is not currently available, they will not be shown in the overview.
