You can enter your voucher code during the booking process. You will find the field for the voucher code in the summary on the right-hand side.
In our app, you can enter your voucher code in the summary at the bottom of the screen after you have selected the desired duration.
If you would like to re-book a previously booked cleaner by direct request, it is unfortunately not currently possible to enter a voucher. In this case, please contact our customer service so that we can enter your voucher for you.
