Would you like to change the day, time or duration of your appointment?


Visit your user profile and click on your order in the "Home" area. Then select the appointment you would like to reschedule in the middle under "Next appointments":


In the now following appointment view, please click on "Reschedule appointment". After this you have the option to rearrange your appointment.  


Your service provider must then confirm the new appointment. If he does not do this, the appointment will remain booked at the original time and may have to be canceled separately.


We therefore recommend that you discuss any change with your service provider in advance.
