You would like to change your cleaner?
Visit the overview page in your user profile and click on "Replace cleaner".
Next, select the reason for the change and click on "Select a new cleaner". To compare the individual profiles of the available service providers and select new cleaners, select "Select my own cleaners" afterwards.
Once you have selected the new service provider, click on "Confirm replacement".
