The profiles allow you to view all the important details, e.g. previous experience, customer reviews or references. You can use this information to select and request the right service provider for you during the booking process.
The more service providers you select, the more likely it is that your request will be accepted. If this is confirmed by a service provider, you will receive all further information by e-mail and can also view the booking in your user account.
