If you have been charged an unexpected amount by your cleaner, you can request a correction of the invoice and the resulting refund in our service portal.

To do this, click on the shaking hands symbol in the top right-hand corner of your user account and click on "Report problem" on the following page.


You then have the opportunity to specify the reason for your complaint and provide further details on the matter.


Your complaint or objection to the invoice will then be forwarded to your cleaner so that they can process your request.
