Would you like to cancel a single appointment?
Visit the "Home" section in your user profile and click on your order.
Then please select the appointment you would like to cancel in the "Next appointments" area.
In the following window, you have the option of canceling the appointment by clicking on "Cancel appointment".
Please note that a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment.
