You would like to cancel a single appointment?
Log in to your user profile and click "All appointments" or "Appointments" in the user bar.
Now select the desired appointment in your list and you will have the option to cancel the appointment in the following section. Click "Cancel appointment"
Please note that cancellation fees may apply for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
