A cancellation until 48 hours prior to the appointment is always free of charge.
For cancellations 24-48 hours before the appointment, 25% of the appointment price can be charged. For cancellations 12-24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the price can be charged and 12 hours or less before the appointment, your provider can charge the full amount as a cancellation fee.
