Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment start is always free of charge.


If you cancel at shorter notice, the service provider may charge you a cancellation fee depending on the time of cancellation:


  • Cancellations between 24-48 hours before your appointment may be charged 25% of the price
  • Cancellations between 12-24 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of the price 
  • If you cancel less than 12 hours before the cleaning, your cleaner may charge the full amount of the booking.


If an appointment cannot take place because the cleaner is unable to gain access to the location (e.g. because no one is at home), the full amount may also be charged as a cancellation fee.


Whether your cleaner claims a cancellation fee is always their own decision.
