All providers using our platform are covered by our liability insurance which covers all damages above €25.
For damages below €25 or the first €25 of any larger damage, you need to directly reach out to the provider and align with him/her on the compensation that you may expect from them.

To ensure a smooth reimbursement process for the insurance relevant cases above €25, please contact us by sending an email to kontakt@helpling.de within 24 hours of the damage occurring and include a photo of the damage as well as a cost estimate.
