Please inform us about any damages occurring during an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment taking place. Please provide us with a photo of the damage and a bill or cost estimate.
Incase the value of the damage is above €350, we will forward your claim to our liability insurance.

  For damages below €350 or the first €350 of any larger damage, you need to directly reach out to the provider and align with him/her on the compensation that you may expect from them.
