Please inform us about any damages occurring during an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment taking place. Please provide us with a photo of the damage and a bill or cost estimate.
In case the value of the damage is above €25, we will forward your claim to our liability insurance.
For damages below €25 or the first €25 of any larger damage, you need to directly reach out to the provider and align with him/her on the compensation that you may expect from them.
