Many service providers appreciate your direct feedback in person, right after they have completed the booking.
However, you also have the option to rate your provider's performance online in your profile. Just choose "All Appointments" and then "Past Appointments" and then click on the appointment you would like to rate.
You can rate your provider out of 5 stars and also leave a comment. Ratings like this are extremely helpful for other customers, too!
