Many service providers appreciate it when you check the service directly on site and give personal feedback. However, you can also rate your service provider via your profile. To do this, select “All appointments” in your profile overview or “Appointments” in the app.
Click on “Past appointments” in the top right-hand corner:
Choose the appointment you would like to rate. You can then enter 1 to 5 stars in the top section and a personalized rating text in the next section. This rating is very helpful for other customers who want to book and get an impression of the service provider.
