Your appointment is coming up, but your service provider can't make it? If the appointment has not yet been cancelled, use the following function to reschedule the appointment with your cleaner, cancel it or coordinate a prompt replacement appointment with our Helpling service.
The Service Portal helps you to easily and conveniently create a corresponding request. Once you have opened your service portal, please click on "Report a problem".
Then click on "My cleaner cancelled shortly before the event" and select your current event.
After that you have the option of rescheduling the appointment if your cleaner has already arranged an alternative appointment with you. Alternatively, you can cancel the appointment and also coordinate a prompt replacement appointment with our Helpling service.
