The cleaners on the Helpling platform are self-employed service providers and can therefore decide for themselves which orders they would like to accept. If your booking request is not confirmed by one of the cleaners you have selected, your request will automatically be forwarded to comparable service providers by default.
However, you can change this setting directly in the booking process and thus specify that only the service providers you have selected can confirm.
To do this, please uncheck the box next to "Confirm booking request automatically" in the step for selecting the cleaner. This selection means that your request will not be forwarded automatically.
